Mischa Barton as Supergirl?

I remember the original Supergirl movie and Helen Slater in that outfit was so awesome. Since they’ve turned around some franchises with Batman Begins and Superman Returns, it seems that a new Supergirl film is on the table and the talk is that Mischa Barton is at the top of the list.

In recent news, the lovely Mischa’s career is looking to the heights, as she is apparently at the top of a list of candidates to bring Supergirl back to the big screen.

“If Superman Returns does as well as expected this summer then Supergirl will be pushed into the schedule,” reveals one movie insider. “There are a few actresses in the reckoning and Mischa is at the top of that list.”

Now Micha has the look, but my fave at the moment would have to be Elisha Cuthbert. Hmmmm, maybe Scarlett would make a nice Supergirl too.
