It’s coming.
I noticed this poster among the pictures among the recent shots of The New York Licensing Show. Star Wars: The Clone Wars is going to be coming to television next Fall.

Lucas made a rare appearance at a “Star Wars” fan convention over the weekend in Indianapolis for “Star Wars Celebration III,” holding three Q&A sessions with fans, during which he dropped tantalizing news about what’s next for the franchise.
Among the projects he’s working on is a live-action TV series based on “Star Wars” that will likely not focus on the main characters from the movies. The unnamed series isn’t expected to hit screens for at least a year and will be set between “Sith” and the original “Star Wars.”
“We want to write all the stories for the entire first season all at once,” Lucas said at the convention, which was attended by more than 30,000 fans. “I’m going to get it started, and hire the show runners and all of that, then I’ll probably step away.”
This is going to be very cool.
