Transformers is a big hit with movie fans and critics alike, so it’s no wonder it set the record for the biggest July 4th opening with $27.9 million dollars.
Transformers has taken in $84.9 million dollars and keep in mind that the film only cost $150 Million to make.
I’m pretty sure this means there will be a Transformers sequel as Michael Bay spoke about here. I saw the movie this weekend and it was just as awesome as all the reviews have stated.
There are many other 80’s cartoons that could make great movies, like He-Man, Starblazers, Galaxy Rangers, Thundarr, and the Herculoids to name a few.
