Background: Only very little was revealed about Blake. He was a member of the Minutemen. During the Vietnam war Blake fought with the US army, participating in the burning and slaughtering. When the anti-superhero law was resolved Blake continued working for the government.

Powers: Blake has the powers and abilities of an adult male in top physical shape.
