Now where was my secret ace-in-the-hole guy on THIS one? Rachel Bilson going to guest-star on this season.

The OC’s Rachel Bilson will guest-star on NBC’s new comedy Chuck (by OC creator Josh Schwartz) in a multi-episode arc scheduled to air in late October. She will play a romantic option for Chuck (Zachary Levi).
