DVD Releases for Tuesday May 6th 2008

The first movie that jumped out at me today is P.S. I Love You and not because I’ve seen the movie, but rather that I’m going to be required to rent this one ASAP for my wife. It’s supposed to be a high grade chick flick. I did rent 27 Dresses by the way and I did want to watch it, but Grand Theft Auto got in the way. My wife saw it though and from the crying, the laughter, and the soundtrack…I think it did it’s job rather nicely.

I also wanted to point out that this week has First Sunday with Ice Cube and the hilarious Tracy Morgan, Over Her Dead Body with Eva Longoria (in case Desperate Housewives isn’t enough for you) , and finally Avatar, The Last Airbender: Book 3 Fire, Volume 3 for the kids. Avatar is actually one of the most impressive cartoons there is. I recommend it highly.
