City of Ember Trailer and Poster

I just checked out the trailer for City of Ember and I had no idea what it was about. I have to say that it looks really great though. I noticed Bill Murray and Tim Robbins in it, which only made me appreciate it even more. Here’s a bit of back-story:
For generations, the people of the City of Ember have flourished in an amazing world of glittering lights. But Ember’s once powerful generator is failing … and the great lamps that illuminate the city are starting to flicker. Now, two teenagers in a race against time, must search Ember for clues that will unlock the ancient mystery of the city’s existence, and help the citizens escape before the lights go out forever.
Check out the trailer after the jump.

I really can’t wait for this movie! It looks so good, especially good ol’ Bill Murray! My name is Amber and I am an official ambassador for City of Ember. I have access to first-look pics of the movie not seen in the trailer (located on MySpace), and i’d love you to take a peak at them! I could also really use your help in spreading the word about COE and get lots of buzz going!
Don’t forget to check out the widget we have too. It’s pretty interactive and shows you where all the other City of Ember fans are around the world!
Again, I hope I’m not over-stepping and bounds by posting on your blog.
Best,
Amber Baynor

Ember looks flippin amazing. I can’t wait to see that. It reminds me a tiny bit of Dark City in the tone and feel of the environment. Kind of green and sickly. Wow!
