Now this is quite a bummer. If you’d never seen Courteney Cox’s show on F/X called Dirt, then you were missing out. It was a very cool show about a gossip magazine and all the interesting characters surrounding it. My favorite was the schizophrenic photographer Don Konkey.
Courteney Cox has revealed her FX series Dirt, in which she plays the editor of a weekly celebrity magazine, won’t be returning for a third season.
“It just got canceled,” Cox, 42, told TV Guide
Season 2 of the series, was cut short by the writer’s strike.
But Cox won’t be sitting home bored. She and hubby David Arquette with whom she produced Dirt are already working on other projects.
“We’re developing all kinds of stuff right now. We’ll be producing more stuff together, for sure,” the actress told TV Guide.
The show is definitely worth checking out on DVD for some good entertainment. It really is too bad it’s not coming back though.
