Lakeview Terrace is about a couple who buys a house next to a psycho who begins terrorizing them. Only problem is…. he is a cop. It stars Samuel L. Jackson as the boy in blue, and some dude I don’t think I’ve ever seen before. The movie reminds me of Pacific Heights and Unlawful Entry.
