The wife of Star Trek creator Gene Roddenberry died Thursday, 12-18-08 from Leukemia.  Majel Barrett-Roddenberry was just diagnosed six months ago.  Her acting credits include Earth: Final Contact, Family Guy, Bonanza, and of course Star Trek.  She had just completed work on the new Star Trek movie.  She was, as always, the voice of the ship.
