The poster for He’s Just Not That Into You is actually pretty plain, but the candy heart is kind of cute. If you like cute that is.

Dane Cook is speaking out on his MySpace page about the goofy poster for My Best Friend’s Girl. Sure he’s just trying to drum up press in his own special way and promote the movie, but I do like a few of the comments.

1. Graphics:
Whoever photoshopped our poster must have done so at taser point with
3 minutes to fulfill their hostage takers deranged obligations. They should have called Donnie Hoyle and had him give a tutorial using “You Suck at Photoshop” templates. This is so glossy it makes Entertainment Weekly look wooden.

2. My head:
The left side of my face seems to be melting off of my skull. I guess I am looking directly into the Ark of the Covenant? Are they going for the bells palsy thing here? My left side looks like Brittany Spears’ vagina.

3. The Stare.
My character apparently has fallen in love with a strand of Kate Hudsons hair. Kate’s mannequin is desperately in love with the inside of my right ear while Jason is half stunned, half corsage.

4. Lips:
It looks like I’m wearing Maybelline Water Shine Diamonds Liquid Lipstick. My characters name is now Winter Solstice and I’m a hooker with a heart of gold. Jason is my floral carrying pimp, while Kate is my first trick!

5. Fashion:
My character is sporting a very high collar I mean damn they should be snow capped at that altitude. It’s going for the vampire lurking in the castle basement vibe. An Olympic pole vaulter would have a tough go clearing that collar. I’m also able to turn my head comfortably 180 degrees, because I was raised in an abandoned barn by a family of owls.

Yeah, there’s more. You get the idea though. The photoshop work on some of these movie posters is terrible.

Here’s the just-released trailer for Sophie Maes’ Mother Teresa biopic Teresa: The Making of a Saint. In case you’re as confused as I am, Sophie Maes is the character in How to Lose Friends and Alienate People who’s played by Megan Fox. This is some type of fake movie trailer within a movie advertising for the first movie.Possibly the only thing you’ve understood this whole paragraph is Megan Fox. No worries. I’m still confused too. Who’d have thought that golden surfer dude Matthew McConaughey would star in a movie called Surfer Dude? I’m not sure of the entire plot, but it appears that it’s about a dude…who surfs. That’s just a guess really…

We all have heard many, many times from grown-up type people that drugs are bad. In the new movie Pineapple Express, I believe they never heard such a thing because very large amounts of weed get consumed. I believe James Franco’s character (above) is stoned the whole movie.

Seth Rogen plays a guy who witnesses a murder and then goes on the run from the killers with his dope dealer buddy James Franco. Sounds killer…dude.
