I just never can get enough of Michelle Ryan. I really hope Bionic Woman doesn’t end up being cancelled. NBC needs to give it more of a chance and get a few extra writers involved. It could be saved if some new story-lines were a bit stronger. I don’t think the show was that bad, it just needed a bit more “punch.”

Bionic Woman is not cancelled. Not yet anyway. I had heard some time ago it was cancelled, but I didn’t post it because I actually liked the show. I know it wasn’t the greatest thing on television, but it certainly wasn’t the worst either. I just liked the entertainment.

Although there were earlier reports that not only had the NBC series exhausted its supply of scripted episodes but had been altogether scrapped, a spokesperson for NBC Universal Media Studios tells TVGuide.com, “Bionic Woman has not been canceled. Production was shut down due to the WGA strike. In addition, we have not completed the initial 13-episode order, which will be the first order of business when the strike ends.”

So what do you think? Is the series headed for the end? I still think it would have been awesome if they would have taken Isaiah Washington’s character who was killed and made him the new Bionic Man.

It’s never a bad thing to see Bionic Woman Michelle Ryan who was at the 2008 BRIT Awards. In fact, we get a lot of searches coming here looking for her so I figured people might want to see these pictures. Normally I’d post this stuff over at Popscribe, but Michelle is like a full-time exception to that rule. Enjoy!

Each week, we always seem to get a fair amount of searches for Michelle Ryan who plays Jamie Sommers in NBC’s Bionic Woman. No doubt about it. She’s definately hot. Here’s a few extra pictures I dug up for you.

I still like the show, but in my opinion they should have kept Isaiah Washington around because I really liked his character. I even thought it might be a cool move to spin him off into his own series, but not as the spy-type dude he portrayed. He should have been the new Bionic Man.

Enough about him though. This is about the super sexy Michelle Ryan. Happy weekend!

I don’t find her dull myself. The problem is we all know where she’s going and instead of enjoying the ride, people are wanting to be there now. Just a tip, we all knew where Battlestar Galactica was going too, yet it still was some of the best television on. We also knew where Smallville was going, but after seven seasons, we’re still tuning in to see pre-Superman.

People are questioning the story, but it’s a far cry better then seeing the Six-Million Dollar Man fight Sasquatch. Remember that one? I actually liked the second episode a lot. It gave us some clues that her sweet scientist boyfriend was possibly more sinister then he seemed since he had a dossier on her that went back years before they met. It was also good to see Jamie Sommers have a beginning where she seems more lucky then talented as she stumbles through the use of her bionics while trying to save the day.

I liked the first appearance as Isaiah Washington as Antonio Pope. He’s introduced as Jamie’s “Supervisor” and even though nothing was really said, everything he did hinted that he’s a bad-ass. I think he was a fantastic addition.
And is Sara Corvis a villian or a really misguided bionic friend? Either way, Katee Sackhoff really grabs your attention when she’s on screen just like she did as Starbuck in BSG. Sara comes across as mysterious, dangerous, and sexy all at the same time. A very lethal combination indeed.

In the end, I’m keeping it on my weekly list to watch. Sure I have to suspend my belief in reality sometimes, but that’s the point isn’t it?

Now you have no excuses to miss out. I like Bionic Woman of course, and Chuck is a real strong contender that will be airing before Heroes on Monday nights. I checked out Journeyman last night and I liked the overall concept and the show as well. I’m going to be watching more of that one.

Even E!Online is saying this is one series you’ll need to watch and that Michelle Ryan is great.

Why You’ll Love Her: Because she’s sparkling and genuine, and she carries herself with a certain benevolent grace that’s reminiscent of Julie Andrews. As Jamie, she’s alone against the big bad world, yet she gives the character a certainty of purpose that keeps her in control of every scene.
