Traitor is a new movie with Guy Pearce who plays an investigator who’s chasing a large conspiracy and he finds out that someone who’s involved is obviously a traitor. Bet you didn’t see that one coming.

This new poster from The Happening is all warpy, but it doesn’t help me want to see the movie especially since I read a really horrible review of it. I’m thinking I’ll be giving this one a miss.

Yesterday I mentioned J.J. Abrams’ new series coming to FOX called Fringe. Today you can check out the trailer for the show which looks like it’s full of mystery and suspense. Enjoy!

This poster for X-Files: I Want To Believe uses the trademark “X” symbol only this time it’s in blood on the snow. I’ve seen a trailer and now this poster and they both had the snow motif going on. I’m thinking the new movie is going to have snow in it. But does it have aliens? That what I really want to see. Aliens dammit!

This X-Files 2 teaser poster has Mulder and Scully standing in a spotlight and their shadows make an “X” in case you missed it. The movie is X-Files. Yeah, it’s subtle.

Bangcok Dangerous. I just like saying Bangcok. It makes me giggle. Nic Cage is some type of himan that falls for a woman and some other crap. Saying Bangkok is much more fun that anything I’ve heard about this movie so far.

In Deception, an accountant (Ewan McGregor) is introduced to a mysterious sex club known as The List by his lawyer friend ( Hugh Jackman). But in this new world, he soon becomes the prime suspect in a woman’s disappearance and a multi-million dollar heist. I think it looks really good.

Well, the X-Files 2 is finally close! The teaser trailer for the X-Files 2 movie was previewed during this weekend’s WonderCon and both Gillian Anderson and David Duchovney were there. Suprise! This bootleg video quality is lame, but with people waiting forever for more X-Files…I’m sure you’ll want to see it anyway.

In case you don’t know about No Country for Old Men that won the Oscar for Best Picture last night, it’s got violence and all out mayhem after a hunter (Josh Brolin) stumbles upon some dead bodies, a stash of heroin and over $2 million in cash out near the Rio Grande. The character of Anton Chigurh (Javier Bardem) who comes after everything is said to be part Hannibal Lector and part Terminator. Have a look at the trailer after the jump.

M. Night Shyamalan’s The Happening looks pretty damn interesting. I saw the trailer and I still don’t know what the big event is, but it looks really interesting and just like all of Shyamalan’s movies, it’s probably something supernatural in some way.

Many people still have a bad taste in their mouth after Lady In The Water (and to some degree The Village), but he’s still one of the better filmmakers who tries and pushes new concepts out there rather then recycle old ideas. The Happening stars Mark Wahlberg who I like a lot, Zooey Deschanel, and the incredible John Leguizamo. It will be in theatres on June 13th 2008. Awesome!
